Building partners, Dave Merrett and Ben Gorinski, formed D&B Construction in 2007, with the vision to carve out a niche as the best builders of extraordinary homes in Mount Maunganui / Tauranga.

To achieve this vision we also set out to become the most recommended high-end builders in town. Today, we have an experienced team of builders and work alongside talented architects and trusted subcontractors who are passionate about delivering high-end homes to perfection - with the client satisfaction to match.

We have a fresh and straight-up communication style. We employ exceptional foremen but you will always have direct access to us, the owners, Dave and Ben. We don't sit behind a desk all day, we are hands on, out visiting sites, meeting with clients, and engaging with subcontractors to ensure a build of the highest standard right to the end and beyond.
