Building partners, Dave Merrett and Ben Gorinski, created D&B Construction in 2007. Their goal is to form a team of motivated builders, talented architects and trusted subcontractors who love the challenge of building extraordinary homes.

Do the basics right, set a solid foundation and the high standards and quality work will follow. We spend the time with subcontractors and architects making sure everyone is aware of what is expected – building a home that demonstrates the skills, knowledge and passion of those involved.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY

After the initial design consultation and the building starts we like to set up regular meetings with our clients. It is an open forum to discuss the progress and any decisions that need to be made. Our clients are a huge part of this process and open communication is necessary when we are trusted to build their home.

DESIGN AND BUILD SERVICE

If you have the vision, we have the tools. By using the D&B Design and Build process you have direct access to the builder who'll be onsite organising the subcontractors or in consultation with architects discussing the best way to shape your vision. This means reduced stress and cost by ensuring your builder and architect are on the same page before and during the building process.
